Banda de Lalin o.l.v. Bram Sniekers speelt o.a. de wereldpremière 'Pinocho' van componist Ferrer Ferran

Banda de Lalin uit Spanje o.l.v. de Nederlandse dirigent Bram Sniekers maakte met de wereldpremière van Pinocho(Ferrer Ferran) veel indruk op het WMC 2009. Dit album werd speciaal voor het WMC opgenomen met de prachtige compositie over het bekende verhaal van de houten pop die na vele avonturen tot leven kwam. De symfonie bestaat uit 4 delen:

Het orkest kent diverse hoogtepunten waaronder de winst tijdens diverse Certamens, zoals Pontevedra (2x) en Altea. Door de concertreizen naar Zuid Amerika en uitvoeringen o.l.v. tal van bekende dirigenten en componisten geniet het orkest bekendheid in eigen en buitenland.
